I bet nobody wants to see pre mature wrinkles on a young skin?? And if you already have them, are they reversible?? What keeps wrinkles at bay and away?? You feel exhilarated when someone says to you: “wow, you look so young!”

A wrinkle is a furrow, fold, crease in otherwise smooth skin. Wrinkles are natural part of aging. However pre mature wrinkles can be prevented.
2 types of wrinkles:
No worries! You can always do something to prevent the early wrinkling or to manage your existing wrinkles. Love to share with you the following ways.
Ways To Handle Wrinkles:
Your mum not only gives you the gift of life with the grace of God, but she might give you the mutated genes that predetermine aging rates, as the saying, “like mother like daughter”! If she passes down the slow aging genes, you will always look younger than your age. However, if it flips the other way round, don’t hate her, as this is the way God has wonderfully and uniquely created you. Just follow the following lifestyle & habit changes, they can help to keep these mutated fast aging genes “deactivated” to cause you the trouble of wrinkles.
STRESS – remember the cortisol which I talked about in my earlier blog?? If you forget, go back to my earlier blog to check it out. When you have chronic stress, this very damaging stress cortisol hormone will cause the break down of collagen and elastin fibers that give your skin its strength and elasticity, and what you see would be the deep wrinkles.
SUGAR –The trending now is drinking boba tea. However, should you be addicted to this drink, make sure you avoid sugar? Sugar is the main culprit for skin wrinkles. When the renegade sugars bind to the proteins, these proteins i.e. the collagen and the elastin fibers. become discolored, weak and less supple. And it shows on the skin as wrinkles. Avoid all sugary stuff, if you may.
SUN –the UVA of the sunrays, will penetrate deep inside the dermis – the 2nd layer of skin, and it causes the disintegration of collagen and elastin fibers. Wear a sun protection care product with minimum of SPF 15.
SMOKING - A tobacco smoke has more than 4000 chemicals that again break down the collagen and elastin fibers, especially if you have inherited also the mutated fast aging genes, you can see how fast and early your skin sags, and you indeed look much older than your age. STOP SMOKING!
SLEEP –Get enough of rest and sleep for your skin, which is the largest organ of your body, to have the time and capacity to repair the damages from the external and internal stressors. Mind you, your sleeping patterns matter. Do not sleep with the side of your face on a pillow. Sleep on your back and put an extra pillow below your knees to prevent you from turning over.
DIET & WATER – the same old grandmother’s tale, but still holding lots of truth. Eat plentiful of fruits and vegetables in your daily meals, and drink enough water to prevent dehydration which causes fine lines. The amount of water to take is based on your body weight and your daily activity. Generally, 1 kg of your body weight, you should drink 30 – 60 ml (depends on how much you sweat daily) of pure water.
SKIN CARE – Get a good moisturizer that prevents skin dehydration + anti stress to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Do not leave your house without using a Sun Protection Care product with a minimum of SPF 15.
