How do I check my order
Not a Societe Beaubelle member yet? Join now. If you already are a registered member of the Societe, simply login and click on the “check order” button on the left panel or simply by clicking check the status.
Once payment for your order is made, the order(s) would typically be processed within 24 hours. This may delay depending on the availability of the purchased product(s) or your order was made on Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday. Any orders made on Saturday and Sunday would be processed on Monday
Note: orders made on Friday, will only be processed on Monday.
Your order will be packed on:
- Same working day: orders made before 1pm
- Next working day: orders made after 1pm
- Next Monday: if order done after 1pm on Friday
Estimated time for standard orders to arrive at your provided address will be:
- West Malaysia: 1- 4 business days
- East Malaysia: 3-7 business days
There is a possibility that your orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for several reasons. Some reasons are:
- Product(s) not available.
- Cannot ship to address provided.
- Duplicate order was placed.
- Cancelled due to a customer request.
- Payment made lacks authenticity
If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice to explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be charged for any cancelled items.
