We are always struggling for time, hence my blogs will be short, sweet and memorable, but life enlivening. My blogs are weekly on Monday. My forte is in skin care for any age group, with more than 4 decades of experience and expertise. I also acquired an Executive Master in Preventive Health major in Wellness, and am poised to write and discuss some of our daily lifestyle challenges with you. What is a strong woman?

No one is born a strong woman. The challenges of life make us grow mentally and emotionally. The woman who can overcome the storm and survive is a Victor and not a Victim.

A strong woman lifts and builds one another and not pressing each other down.

A strong woman loves, forgives, walks away from negativity, let's go & starts anew, persevere and indifferent to what life throws at her. She stands tall always.

  A strong woman is gentle and powerful, humble to learn, fierce but compassionate.

A strong woman is no self-pity, no finger pointing, she stands and she deals.

A strong woman is a gift to the world from God.

I'm a strong woman

When the going gets tough, the tough get going, I become more determined. I don't feel sorry nor allow anyone to mistreat me.

I am "still" when any odds are going against me. If I fall, I rise up even stronger. I am a warrior, a victor and not a victim. I determine my life's destiny, it's my own responsibility.
