Your satisfaction is our priority. We will happily accept returns in accordance with the follow Return Policy:
- Kindly email us the details of your complaint at email@example.com or contact us at +603-78808118 to speak to a Customer Service Representative and receive your return authorization
- Beaubelle can only accept returns of merchandise purchased from our website www.beaubelle.com. Products purchased from other sites / platforms will not be accepted.
- We accept returns, if you have received a damaged product or the product that was sent does not match with your order. The item should be return unopened (unless the item was already in defective or damaged condition) and its original packing, with all accessories, within 48 hours once parcel is received.
- Beaubelle reserves the right to charge a replacement fee if above return guidelines are not met. But to maximize customer satisfaction, Beaubelle will very much appreciate if you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
To return an item:
- Pack item(s) ready for return and include a copy of your original packing slip in an appropriately sized box
- Ensure that shipping label provided by your Customer Service Representative is included into the return box
- To take advantage of the free returns, please return to us via DHL or PickUpp (only within 2 days of receiving your item/s. If it is after 2 days, please contact us at email@example.com)

– Schedule a Pickup
- Once we have received your returned item, we will advise you of the postage charge for the replacement before posting it. (if applicable)
- Alternatively, you may post it directly to Beaubelle Worldwide Sdn Bhd – No.31-5 Block D1, Jalan PJU 1/41 Dataran Prima, 47301 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
If you are entitled to a refund, the following conditions will apply:
- Once your return has been approved by the assessor in Beaubelle. The refund will be credited to your account at www.beaubelle.com and is valid for the next 30 days or a PROMO code will be sent to your email for redemption. It may take up to a month for the credit to appear on your account.
- Returns or Refunds will be to the initial value of the goods, not including courier fee, unless the error was made on our part. Returns and Refunds can only be processed after the original item has been returned and verified.
- Please allow 5-7 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned items for refund or exchange solution. Beaubelle reserves the right to refuse any returns upon final review if all the above guidelines have not been met. The decision made by Beaubelle is final.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some transportation defect. However, if you receive the wrong item or damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
