Emotional Strength makes you a strong woman

Harmony increases life’s abundance, lack of it, you may lose what you have.

Do you suffer Blue Monday?  Lack of zest to go to work, feeling depressed and devitalized!  Do not feel this way. Every day is a gift from God, and we should appreciate it and take it as a new day for the new week to do something meaningful to life.  Remember, cherish what you have before it becomes what you had. Enjoy every day of the week like there is no tomorrow! 

Yes, amidst all the stresses in life, how to stay positively motivated all the times?  Over these years of my working life and managing my family, my opinion is, the most fundamental, but essential factor to handle any challenges in life is the way you manage your emotional intelligence. 

We are human beings and hence we will have emotions.  We will have the fear, courage, anger, calmness, disappointment, envy, shame, jealous, confidence, love, disgust, sadness emotions.  Emotions are predictable responses to situations. 

Emotions affect the way we think and behave.   My acid test to any of my emotional responses to any situations is guided by this golden rule “do unto others as you would have them do unto you”.  We will cause less stress to ourselves and to people around us when we could look into each other’s hearts and understand the unique challenges each of us faces in life. Being so, I think we would treat each other much more gently & kindly, with more love, empathy, patience, tolerance, forgiveness, and care. Then we will enjoy more harmony in life that gives joy.

Cherish the week and feel, think and behave positively.
